Thus, this research contributes to the determination of the interface between contract law and gender violence. Its methodology is based on the analysis of relevant jurisprudence of the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice. This examination allows the conclusion that the simulated contract could be one of many strategies to abuse women’s property rights.
