Nonetheless, in practice, TJ processes have included ad hoc measures to hold economic actors responsible for those violations. This article seeks to participate in the ongoing discussions and design of a UN-initiated proposal for a treaty on business and human rights by adding the TJ dimension. It draws on the Corporate Accountability and Transitional Justice (CATJ) data base to show that TJ initiatives have already incorporated economic actors in the investigations of past human rights abuses and how they have done so. It further explores what is missing from these processes and how a treaty on business and human rights could help fill those voids and advance victims’ rights to truth, justice, and reparations.application/pdfISSN: 2526-0774https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/27318engFordFundationUniversidad Federal de Juiz de ForaNo. 2Homa Publica: Revista Internacional de Direitos Humanos e EmpresasVol. 1Homa Publica: Revista Internacional de Direitos Humanos e Empresas, ISSN: 2526-0774, Vol.1, No.2 (2017); 96 pp. https://andhes.org.ar/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Can-a-Treaty-on-Business-and-Human-Rights-Help-Achieve-Transitional-Justice-Goals-2017.pdfAbierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2Homa Publica: Revista Internacional de Direitos Humanos e Empresasinstname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURTransitionalJusticeBusinessActorsarmed conflictViolenceCan a Treaty on Business and Human Rights help Achieve Transitional Justice Goals?¿Puede un tratado sobre empresas y derechos humanos ayudar a lograr los objetivos de la justicia transicional?articleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Bernal Bermudez, LauraPayne, Leigh APereira, GabrielDoz Costas, Josefina10336/27318oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/273182021-06-03 00:50:09.799https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co
