To date, the patients are without CSF leak. Conclusions Endoscopic closure of anterior skull base CSF leaks in patients with gunshot wounds can be safe and effective. Treatment should be decided by the severity of neurologic deterioration throughout the emergency period and the existence or absence of associated intracranial lesions. Timing for surgery should be decided with great care and with a multidisciplinary approach.application/pdfhttps://doi.org/10.1055/s-0034-13871942193-63582193-6366https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/24705engJournal of Neurological Surgery Reportse12 No. EFirste8Journal of Neurological Surgery ReportsVol. 76Journal of Neurological Surgery Reports, ISSN: 2193-6358;2193-6366, Vol.76, No.EFirst (2015-03-26); pp. e8-e12http://www.thieme-connect.de/products/ejournals/pdf/10.1055/s-0034-1387194.pdfAbierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2instname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURfrontal sinusskull basecerebrospinal fluid leakgunshot woundsEndoscopic Repair of Frontal Sinus Cerebrospinal Fluid Leaks after Firearm Injuries: Report of Two CasesarticleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Reyes, CamiloSolares, C.
