Summary: | The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal figures of real estate with no economic exploitation, unoccupied public lands, or unregistered real estate. this paper has been divided into two main parts based on the analysis of uncultivated lands. Afterwards, unregistered real estate will be analyzed, and practical and procedural conclusions will be drawn. this has the purpose of supporting and clarifying if the property is owned by the State or not.
