It presents a brief review of a number of studies of the relation which exists among violence, social orders and citizens in scenarios of armed conflict, with a special emphasis on the Colombian context. The chapter deals directly with the cases under study through a description of the actors and forces set into play. It reveals a number of guidelines for an understanding of the complex paradox of citizenship and violence in the analysis of the Latin American experience. In the case of Magangue, the study included a series of interviews with members of social organisations. The chapter presents exercises of ethnographic observation and held informal conversations with the street sellers in Bogota.application/pdfhttps://doi.org/10.4324/9781315562278ISBN: 978-0367877651https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/26434engTaylor and Francis126113The transformation of citizenship, Volume 3: Struggle, resistance and violenceVol. 3The transformation of citizenship, Volume 3: Struggle, resistance and violence, ISBN: 978-0367877651 (2017); pp.113-126https://www.taylorfrancis.com/books/e/9781315562278Restringido (Acceso a grupos específicos)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_16ecThe transformation of citizenship, Volume 3: Struggle, resistance and violenceinstname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocUREconomicsFinanceBusiness & industryPolitics & international relationsSocial sciencesCitizenship experiences in ‘fragmented sovereignty scenarios’: two cases from ColombiaExperiencias de ciudadanía en 'escenarios de soberanía fragmentada': dos casos de ColombiabookPartParte de librohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_3248Galindo Hernández, Carolina10336/26434oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/264342022-05-02 07:37:20.613688https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co
