Metodology: An exploratory, descriptive-interpretative qualitative study was carried out. Individual semi-structured interviews and focus group were conducted to policy makers, providers, rehabilitation professionals, professors, social organizations, persons with disabilities and caregivers. Results: The absence of a rights approach, targeting and the model of health insurance, as dominant logics policy stands. There is a reductionist view of rehabilitation and services organization models with low response to the needs of people with disabilities. Conclusion: The need to reconceptualize access to services arises; rehabilitation is claimed as a right that demands redesign of services and organization models.application/pdfhttps://doi.org/10.11144/Javeriana.rgyps15-30.ldfp16577027https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/23203engPontificia Universidad Javeriana106No. 3094Revista Gerencia y Politicas de SaludVol. 15Revista Gerencia y Politicas de Salud, ISSN:16577027, Vol.15, No.30 (2016); pp. 94-106https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84988857301&doi=10.11144%2fJaveriana.rgyps15-30.ldfp&partnerID=40&md5=0a2d7cd126e3306078fd8b8ffc1a87dfAbierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2instname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURColombiaDisabilityHealth services accessibilityPublic policyRehabilitationLógicas dominantes en la formulación de políticas y organización de servicios que inciden en el acceso a la rehabilitación integralDominant logics at the policy making and services organization that affect the access to comprehensive rehabilitationarticleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Molina-Achury N.J.Mogollón Pérez, Amparo SusanaBalanta-Cobo P.Moreno-Angarita M.Hernández Jaramillo, Blanca YanethRojas-Castillo C.P.ORIGINAL17153-Texto-del-articulo-61539-1-10-20160819.pdfapplication/pdf436099https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/48c85a72-fa37-475d-b27d-8b791a5b4254/download5143fe1aaed1b09d182f7d2305a5eae0MD51TEXT17153-Texto-del-articulo-61539-1-10-20160819.pdf.txt17153-Texto-del-articulo-61539-1-10-20160819.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain54140https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/5864677b-a677-4c25-90f3-f774c2a0cc0d/downloadabffb37233e7f57d29062c583be58750MD52THUMBNAIL17153-Texto-del-articulo-61539-1-10-20160819.pdf.jpg17153-Texto-del-articulo-61539-1-10-20160819.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4860https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/06ab5390-ef46-4fe1-ae10-b61478d37259/download0a49676e7d4917b0234abbf5081348a6MD5310336/23203oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/232032023-03-22 11:25:59.201https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co |
