Participants were 400 health workers in the cities of Bogota, Cali, Bucaramanga and Barranquilla, in Colombia. By applying a logistic model, with difficulty and discrimination parameters, they were analyzed the properties of the items. The function of information of the test resulted more informative at the intermediate level (from -1.4 to 1.6), the indicators of difficulty and discrimination, were appropriate. A marginal reliability coefficient of.94 was obtained. Multiple correspondence analysis drew a two-dimension solution of leadership and by a latent class analysis, with a partial credit model, participants were classified into three leadership styles. According to this, it is concluded that psychometric properties are appropriate, and Pitcher Adjective Test is of interest, yielding a classification that does not correspond with those commonly used.application/pdf2011792220112084https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/22148spaUniversidad San Buenaventura36No. 224International Journal of Psychological ResearchVol. 6International Journal of Psychological Research, ISSN:20117922, 20112084, Vol.6, No.2 (2013); pp. 24-36https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84893456273&partnerID=40&md5=3d75f8f4eb8faa01e5dfb00bd4392d86Abierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2instname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURAdjective testItem response theoryLeadershipPsychometric propertiesPsychometric properties of the Pitcher adjective test to assess leadershipPropiedades psicométricas del test de adjetivos de Pitcher para la evaluación del liderazgoarticleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Juárez, FernandoContreras Torres, Francoise VeneziaBarbosa Ramírez, David HernandoORIGINALv6n2a04.pdfapplication/pdf369941https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/33bd590e-5631-457b-b45c-7cebb722e38f/downloadc94870a212a3d41c963bb826ecbd7bdeMD51TEXTv6n2a04.pdf.txtv6n2a04.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain61899https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/19e6eccd-4e0d-4d9f-98fe-8a5ef28b6a55/downloada332f555ce5c665dcf29e91a0bcecc89MD52THUMBNAILv6n2a04.pdf.jpgv6n2a04.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4917https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/39e1aeca-d2e3-4200-83b5-0df5fca113ed/downloadded08ca6ddc0d3a68ae5782f42042d0cMD5310336/22148oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/221482022-05-02 07:37:16.676416https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co
