Mediante la revisión sistemática de 12 estudios relacionados, se aborda el concepto de resiliencia organizacional desde otros puntos de vista como su capacidad de resistir ante una crisis, su capacidad de mitigación de los hechos, su capacidad de desarrollo estratégico y su influencia en la sostenibilidad económica y social. También se abordan otros temas relevantes como la innovación, la creatividad y la autoeficacia como factores que impulsan resultados positivos de la resiliencia empresarial.

Through the systematic review of 12 related studies, the concept of organizational resilience is approached from other points of view, such as its ability to resist a crisis, its ability to mitigate events, its development capacity and its strategic influence on social and economic sustainability.
