The objective of this research was to find out to what degree the Colombian banking system is configured as a systemic organization. Conclusions were that, despite heterogeneity in the use of information and communication technologies, (ICTs), the bank tends to consolidate itself as a systemic type of organization, transforming significantly its relationship with clients, suppliers, labor organization, worker profiles and labor relations. From the methodological perspective of triangulation, qualitative techniques (interviews and group discussions) and quantitative techniques (surveys) were integrated, using the two in a complementary manner.application/pdf13159984https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/23241engUniversidad del Zulia465No. 59436Revista Venezolana de GerenciaVol. 17Revista Venezolana de Gerencia, ISSN:13159984, Vol.17, No.59 (2012); pp. 436-465https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84870282994&partnerID=40&md5=b3ad080a796e9b34932873d293eb79d5Abierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2instname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURBankingFinancial systemInformation and communication technologyLabor relationsNetworkingColombiaBankColombiaFlexibilizationInformation and communication technologies (icts)Labor relationsSystemic organizationDevelopment of systemic organization in Colombian Banking, 1990-2009Desarrollo de una organización sistémica en la banca colombiana, 1990-2009articleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501López Pino M.C.Seco Martín E.ORIGINAL10908-11172-1-PB.pdfapplication/pdf169816https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/c3ecf470-46d7-4be6-9d82-c640e8c39812/downloadbe189f966892d7a6d902a50053b6520dMD51TEXT10908-11172-1-PB.pdf.txt10908-11172-1-PB.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain92445https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/4bf415be-5fca-4df6-be39-b576c99bbec9/download68d2cd6de1dbd85c84829c2c0e739965MD52THUMBNAIL10908-11172-1-PB.pdf.jpg10908-11172-1-PB.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg2930https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/56cff683-869a-437e-bfbd-d36de1be19c6/download8d2698c90d65a76bc336f09cb3cf3e6aMD5310336/23241oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/232412022-05-02 07:37:21.426616https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co
