| Summary: | eng: The research object of study was carried out in a company in the construction sector in the city of Medellin, Antioquia, which develops the construction of houses, in different sectors of the Aburra Valley, in order to carry out a review of the current state of the reincorporation process labor for workers who suffered a work-related accident with a total of 30 or more days of disability. Initially, an exhaustive exploration of the number of occupational accidents occurred in the first semester of 2020 was developed, the second of validity the process developed by the company through the use of data collection instruments such as surveys and interviews, the above in order to to build a procedure for the Rehabilitation and Labor Reincorporation Procedure. |
