En esta monografía presentamos la construcción de un marco de conocimientos con el fin de transformarlo en una guía para el desarrollo investigativo y practico en la gestión del alcance de proyectos a partir de la revisión del estado del arte. Ya que, es una disciplina con altos estándares de calidad que evoluciona constantemente. Pero, que a pesar de ser estudiada, plasmada y practicada por gran cantidad de expertos aún no se encuentra estructurada para la gran mayoría de situaciones que se pueden enmarcar en situaciones de alto riesgo ya sea por motivos económicos, logísticos y hasta sanitarios. Como sucedió con la llegada del Covid-19 que logro poner en evidencia la falta de estructuración y solidificación de conocimientos. Por tanto, en este documento podrán apreciar el análisis del estado del arte de la gestión del alcance en prepandemia, en pandemia y después de la pandemia. Que finalmente logra establecer líneas de conocimientos capaces de enfrentar casi cualquier situación gracias a que antes, durante y después de la pandemia los problemas enfrentados relacionados con la gestión del alcance en proyectos fueron de todos los indoles y sus soluciones efectivas en la gran mayoría de casos pasaron a utilizar métodos agiles y tecnológicos. Por lo cual, haciendo uso de esta monografía se obtendrán proyectos que cumplen con los estándares de alcance, tiempo de ejecución y costos, es decir, un proyecto exitoso. |

Since, it is a discipline with high quality standards that is constantly evolving. But, despite being studied, shaped and practiced by many experts, it is still not structured for the vast majority of situations that can be framed in high-risk situations either for economic, logistical or even health reasons. As happened with the arrival of Covid-19, which managed to highlight the lack of structuring and solidification of knowledge. Therefore, in this document you will appreciate the analysis of the state of the art of outreach management in pre-pandemic, pandemic and post-pandemic situations. That finally manages to establish lines of knowledge capable of facing almost any situation thanks to the fact that before, during and after the pandemic the problems faced related to scope management in projects were of all indoles and their effective solutions in the great majority of cases happened to use agile and technological methods. Therefore, making use of this monograph will result in projects that meet the standards of scope, execution time and costs, i.e., a successful project.1.
