The review bears in mind the variables: authority that requests the opinion, juridical risk of unfavorable response for the implied one, professional of the health more frequently demanded and the specialty, level of responsibility of the attention and service, the gender and age of the patient. There is demonstrated that the doctors are the professionals of the health more defendants; inside the medical specialities those of major risk for demands are: the gineco-obstetrics, general medicine, general surgery, plastic surgery and anesthesiology.
