Description
Summary:In this research work we analyze the stereotypes of beauty that have governed advertising through history, its impact on the female audience and the fashion market in Colombia and how the media directly influence this impact. In addition, we delve into the origin and subsequent positioning of the trend in the modeling of "operating room women" still in force in Colombian advertising, which has not allowed the trend of large size modeling to permeate enough to be recognized at the level which is recognized around the world.
