Purpose: there is a belief in Colombia that any lawyer can be a Law teacher in a school legally incorporated for such purpose. At present, teachers in the schools of Law are not well prepared in education to train lawyers. Description: what is essential, in this case, is to implement a system where Law teachers take pedagogy lessons so that they arrive to the classroom with the best intention of transmitting knowledge, away from old forms of teaching, and that future lawyers are duly prepared to face legal proceedings and issues in real life. Point of view: in Colombia, following the tradition that teachers teach the way they were taught is asymptomatic fact. Tht is exactly what this study intends to change. Teaching Law requires much more than the mere legal knowledge of the person who intends to give lectures at a school of Law. Conclusions: it is necessary to change the law teaching structure; it is important that teacher commits to change and putting it into practice. |

En la actualidad, los docentes de las facultades de Derecho no tienen la preparación necesaria en materia educativa para formar abogados. Descripción: lo fundamental, en este caso, es implementar un sistema en el que los docentes de Derecho cursen estudios de pedagogía para que lleguen al aula con las mejores intenciones de transmitir sus conocimientos, desprendidos de viejas formas de enseñanza, y que los futuros abogados queden debidamente preparados para enfrentarse a los procesos y asuntos jurídicos en la vida real. Punto de vista: en Colombia, es un hecho sintomático el que se siga la tradición de que el profesor enseña tal como a él le enseñaron. Eso es precisamente lo que se pretende cambiar con este estudio. La enseñanza del Derechorequiere mucho más que el simple saber jurídico por parte de quien pretende dictar cátedra en una facultad de Derecho. Conclusiones: es necesario cambiar la estructura para la enseñanza del Derecho; es importante que los docentes se comprometan con el cambio y lo hagan en la práctica.Propósito: existe a crença na Colômbia de que qualquer advogado pode ser docente de Direito numa faculdade legalmente constituída para tal fi. Na atualidade, os docentes das faculdades de Direito não têm a preparação necessária em matéria educativa para formar advogados. Descrição: o fundamental, nesse caso, é implementar um sistema no qual os docentes de Direito cursem estudos de pedagogia para que cheguem à sala de aula com as melhores intenções de transmitir seus conhecimentos, desprendidos de velhas formas de ensino, e que os futuros advogados fiuem devidamente preparados para enfrentar os processos e assuntos jurídicos na vida real. Ponto de vista: na Colômbia, é um fato sintomático que se siga a tradição de que o professor ensina da forma como lhe ensinaram. Isso é precisamente o que se pretende mudar com este estudo. O ensino do Direito requer muito mais que o simples saber jurídico por parte de quem pretende dar aulas numa faculdade de Direito.
