El presente artículo de revisión se centra en el espíritu emprendedor o empresarial, el cual nace en un determinado contexto social cuyos parámetros no son sólo económicos y administrativos. Individuo. sociedad y Estado son los tres vectores necesarios para el mejor desarrollo del emprendimiento. La creciente conciencia sobre la importancia de la iniciativa emprendedora para el desarrollo económico y social de los pueblos ha calado en todos los agentes económicos, politicos y administrativos, dando pie a un intenso desenvolvimiento de la educación, condiciones, plataformas, cauces, instrumentos y orientaciones que propician el surgimiento de la figura del emprendedor. La creación de este conjunto de condiciones sociales, clima y cultura, educación e información, medios y recursos diversos necess rios tanto para el nacimiento del emprendedor como para la puesta en práctica del emprendimiento da lugar a su fomento. A lo largo de las últimas décadas el apoyo social e institucional a las actitudes y comportamientos emprendedores se ha ido desgranando, desplegando y especializando para atender los diferentes aspectos que contribuyen a su desarrollo. |

Individual, society, and state are the three vectors needed for better entrepreneurial development. The growing awareness about the importance entrepreneurship for economic and social development of people has permeated all economic agents, political and administrative, rising up an intense development of education, conditions, platforms, channels, tools and guidelines favoring an entrepreneur figure's emergence.
