Como toda tendencia ha tenido resultados buenos como malos, es por esto que en presente artículo queremos hablar de un tema muy importante como lo es la prevalencia de parásitos en estas dietas y su importancia en la salud pública, teniendo en cuenta el riesgo zoonótico. |
