Las enfermedades del tracto respiratorio en caninos domésticos son muy comunes en lugares con una alta densidad poblacional de perros como lo son clínicas veterinarias, refugios y zonas residenciales. Ocasionadas en su gran mayoría por agentes bacterianos como B. Bronchiseptica o Streptococcus zooepidermicus pero que a su vez también se pueden encontrar otros agentes virales como lo son Adenovirus tipo ll, Distemper canino y virus de la Influenza canina (H3N8 y H3N2) los cuales se diseminan o se propagan a través del aire y fómites siendo de fácil contagio entre perros, algunos de ellos presentan una alta tasa de mortalidad por lo que el diagnóstico temprano y certero es muy importante. |
