El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática se centra en explorar los factores psicosociales, biológicos y culturales asociados a la aparición de la depresión postparto en las mujeres primigestantes, dado el impacto significativo que esta condición tiene en la salud mental y el bienestar tanto de la madre como del bebé. Esta problemática está afectando a un número creciente de mujeres después del parto, su incidencia mundial es del 15%, como lo expresa la Organización Mundial de la Salud (2018). La metodología utilizada para llevar a cabo la revisión sistemática se ajusta al modelo PRISMA, describe en detalle los criterios de búsqueda, las bases de datos utilizadas, los procedimientos para la selección y análisis de estudios entre los años 2010 - 2023, en español e inglés, se realiza una búsqueda de inicial de 119 artículos y se presenta un rastreo final de 30 artículos. Los resultados se presentan de manera clara y por último la discusión analiza y contextualiza los hallazgos, relacionándolos con la literatura existente. |

This problem is affecting a growing number of women after childbirth; its global incidence is 15%, as expressed by the World Health Organization (2018). The methodology used to carry out the systematic review conforms to the PRISMA model, it describes in detail the search criteria, the databases used, the procedures for the selection and analysis of studies between the years 2010 - 2023, in Spanish and English. , an initial search of 119 articles is carried out and a final search of 30 articles is presented.
