En la Escuela de Derechos Humanos Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Asuntos Jurídicos, se busca realizar una preparación disciplinaria de oficiales, suboficiales, soldados y civiles con el fin de generar educación frente a los derechos humanitarios y el actuar de cada uno de los miembros de la comunidad Colombiana, aunque, se presentan una serie de dificultades que generan un déficit para la eficacia en la implementación de dichos cursos, donde el más grande es la baja eficacia de la difusión de los cursos, por esto se pretende realizar un diagnóstico y dar a conocer los cursos que ofrece la Escuela de Derechos Humanos Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Asuntos Jurídicos a la población colombiana para reducir a vulneración de los derechos entre Fuerzas militares y población civil. El presente proyecto es de tipo cualitativo, para la recolección de información se hizo una revisión documental, se utilizó una encuesta y en un último momento un cuestionario de conocimiento, esto a 15 personas entre militares y civiles. Se identificó que, gracias al video generado para capacitar al personal de la Escuela de Derechos Humanos Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Asuntos Jurídicos (ESDAE), hubo una mejora en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre canales de comunicación, alcances a la población y creación de contenido para difundir, que se entenderá como el entregable y es la Revista |
