description El factor social en zonas rurales tiene un papel importante frente su desarrollo, pues la comunidad se sensibiliza y se organiza de forma voluntaria con un fin determinado que permitirá el bienestar comunitario, para este objetivo, interfieren factores que están dentro del factor social y que son vítales para la construcción de una agenda social. El propósito de este documento es indagar acerca de los elementos que explican el factor social dentro de las zonas rurales, mediante el desarrollo de una metodología basada en una investigación descriptiva y compuesta de cuatro fases, tales como la fase de búsqueda y selección de la información, lectura analítica, el levantamiento de información y análisis de datos. Finalmente se realiza la presentación conceptual del modelo de causalidad. En los resultados se identifica cinco dimensiones que corresponden a las variables macro se encuentran las Dimensiones Cultural y Demográfica, Salud Física y Bienestar de la Población, Estado de Salud Mental de la Población, Acceso y Nivel de Educación de la Población y Asentamiento Rural de la Población Migrante que definen el factor social en las zonas rurales, en cada dimensión se define un grupo de variables. Finalmente se realiza una propuesta inicial de un modelo de causalidad para la representación y relación de estos elementos del objeto de estudio.
