description Las habilidades socioemocionales son un conjunto de hábitos en nuestras conductas, pensamientos y emociones, las cuales permiten la estructuración de relaciones sanas con los demás, es por esto que en los últimos años se ha despertado el interés educativo por abordar la alta repercusión del fortalecimiento de las mismas en niños y adolescentes. Por lo anterior, en la esta investigación se presentan los resultados de la evaluación de un programa educativo que busca fortalecer las habilidades socioemocionales en estudiantes de una Institución educativa de la ciudad de Cali, a partir de un diseño trasversal cuantitativo con mediciones de Pre - test y Post-test, se obtuvo una muestra de 17 adolescentes entre los 13 a 17 años. Como instrumento de evaluación se empleó la escala de socialización BAS-3 y cuestionario de inteligencia emocional. Finalmente se determinó que no hubo cambios significativos en el fortalecimiento de las habilidades socioemocionales en los estudiantes, es decir se refuta la hipótesis planteada y se concluyen algunas de las variables que inciden en dichos resultados.

Finalmente se determinó que no hubo cambios significativos en el fortalecimiento de las habilidades socioemocionales en los estudiantes, es decir se refuta la hipótesis planteada y se concluyen algunas de las variables que inciden en dichos resultados.Socio-emotional skills are a set of habits in our behaviors, thoughts and emotions, which allow the structuring of healthy relationships with others, which is why in recent years educational interest has been awakened in addressing the high impact of strengthening the same in children and adolescents. Therefore, this research presents the results of the evaluation of an educational program that seeks to strengthen socio-emotional skills in students of an educational institution in the city of Cali, based on a quantitative transversal design with pre-test measurements. and Post-test, a sample of 17 adolescents between 13 and 17 years old was obtained. The BAS-3 socialization scale and emotional intelligence questionnaire were used as an evaluation instrument.
