Summary: | This work in its initial facet shows the diagnosis of the company MAMBA COSMETICS in relation to the communicational shortcomings that it presents with its diverse public; starting from this we will give some proposals to solve these problems and obtain an assertive communication for the company, by means of which it will increase its presence in the network and will make it a recognized brand within its target audience. All these strategies in order to demonstrate the importance of the interaction of medium-sized companies in web 2.0 and recognize the great importance and influence of a social communicator (communitty manager) to make these ventures true successes in the market. |
