description Este reporte de caso describe el tratamiento de una paciente de 55 años con maloclusión de clase II, tipo esquelético de Clase II con rotación vertical mandibular, mordida abierta y apiñamiento moderado superior e inferior. Se utilizó aparatología fija Roth superior y MBT inferior. Al final del tratamiento, la mandíbula había girado en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj, corrección de la mordida abierta por empuje lingual y se resolvió el apiñamiento. Para obtener al final del tratamiento un resultado más estético se decide intervenir los triángulos negros con plasma para su relleno y regeneración.

Upper Roth fixed appliances and lower MBT were used. At the end of treatment, the mandible had rotated counterclockwise, open bite correction by tongue thrust, and crowding resolved.
