description	El sector de la construcción se caracteriza por ser un entorno laboral exigente, donde los trabajadores se enfrentan a condiciones físicas y mentales extenuantes de forma continua. Esta situación ha derivado en un aumento preocupante del síndrome de burnout entre los trabajadores de este sector, lo que se convierte en un problema de salud ocupacional que requiere atención urgente. Este síndrome se caracteriza por agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y una sensación disminuida de logro personal. A su vez, la satisfacción laboral, que se refiere al nivel de contento y realización que sienten los empleados con su trabajo, es un factor crucial que incide en la productividad, retención de personal y bienestar general.

This situation has led to a worrying increase in burnout syndrome among workers in this sector, which has become an occupational health problem that requires urgent attention. This syndrome is characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a diminished sense of personal accomplishment.
