description La investigación se enmarca en la creciente relevancia de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) en el ámbito urbano, así como en la necesidad de analizar críticamente cómo estas herramientas pueden contribuir a la transformación sostenible de las ciudades colombianas. A través de un riguroso examen de la literatura científica pertinente, se pretende identificar los avances, desafíos y oportunidades que rodean la implementación de soluciones inteligentes en el contexto colombiano. Además, se analizarán las diferentes perspectivas teóricas y metodológicas que han guiado la investigación en este campo, brindando así una visión integral de los enfoques utilizados para comprender y mejorar la urbanización inteligente en Colombia.

Through a rigorous examination of the relevant scientific literature, the aim is to identify the advances, challenges and opportunities surrounding the implementation of smart solutions in the Colombian context.
