Este artículo presenta una revisión descriptiva que analiza el riesgo psicosocial por acoso sexual en mujeres estudiantes de secundaria. Se utiliza una metodología de investigación exploratoria con enfoque documental, recopilando información de fuentes como ElServer, Embase, Lilacs, Scopus, SciELO, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Dialnet y PubMed. Se seleccionaron 20 artículos relevantes publicados en español entre 2015 y 2022. Los resultados muestran un predominio de mujeres como víctimas de acoso sexual, y se identifica una correlación entre los riesgos psicosociales y el deterioro psicológico, depresión, ansiedad, y consumo de sustancias antes de los 18 años. La discusión destaca la relevancia del problema para la salud pública, con consecuencias físicas, psicológicas y sociales, y señala las estrategias implementadas por organizaciones internacionales para abordar esta problemática. |

The research methodology involves exploratory research with a documentary focus, compiling information from sources such as ElServer, Embase, Lilacs, Scopus, SciELO, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Dialnet, and PubMed. Twenty relevant articles published in Spanish between 2015 and 2022 were selected. Results indicate a predominance of women as victims of sexual harassment, and a correlation between psychosocial risks and psychological deterioration, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse before the age of 18.
