By an analytical and critical appraisal, this paper is an occasion to highlight, five years after its adoption, the law of 2014, considered positively by all the authors at that timeLa ley cooperativa tiene una larga historia en Francia, mientras que la economía social y solidaria es mucho más reciente, ya que se estableció legalmente en 2014. Como la ley cooperativa es la forma legal más sólida de las empresas de economía social y solidaria, es interesante evaluar su influencia en el establecimiento de la ley de 2014. Así como examinar sus potencialidades para el futuro. Mediante una evaluación analítica y crítica, este artículo es una ocasión para destacar, cinco años después de su adopción, la ley de 2014, considerada de manera positivamente por varios autores en ese momento.La loi coopérative a une longue histoire en France, alors que l’économie sociale et solidaire est beaucoup plus récente, puisqu’elle a été légalement établie en 2014. Étant donné que la loi coopérative est la forme juridique la plus solide pour les entreprises d’économie sociale et solidaire. Il est intéressant d’évaluer son influence sur l’élaboration de la Loi de 2014. Et examiner leur potentiel pour l’avenir.
