Promptly reviews the sociodemographic characteristics of street merchants, their places of concentration and the policies carried out by the state for the benefit of the city to finally project public policy guidelines that should be developed against the issue of informal trade for the city.Esta publicación analiza los cambios que ha presentado la economía informal reflejada en el comercio callejero que se desarrolla en el municipio de Bucaramanga. Este tipo de comercio ha sido contemplado como una problemática socioeconómica y espacial en los diferentes planes de gobierno, los cuales, entre otros aspectos, han establecido políticas y esfuerzos para mejorar las condiciones de calidad de vida de vendedores ambulantes y la recuperación del espacio público.
