Este trabajo explora la capacidad que tiene una empresa cooperativa para innovar como proyectora de empleos y el mismo tienen como objetivo describir la gestión de la innovación, con base en la trasferencia de tecnología y competitividad empresarial en las cooperativas, tendiente a que las mismas puedan crear productos y servicios para satisfacer las necesidades de sus asociados. Cada punto en desarrollo de la presente investigación, fue enfocada en la gestión de la innovación soportada por autores como Hauschildt (2004), Luhmann (1997), Morcillo, (1995), Drucker (1985). El estudio es de tipo documental, con diseño no experimental y transeccional. La información se recabo a través de fichas bibliográficas. Como resultado se tiene que si una empresa no es innovadora, gestora y competitiva no podrá ser capaz de vencer los obstáculos que se presentan día a día. Sin embargo, las cooperativas como entes empresariales llevan ventajas y desventajas en el mercado. Por eso si estas mismas buscan desarrollar su punto de equilibrio entre oferentes y demandante que cada vez más son exigentes y ponen en marcha transferir tecnología y así mismo ser capaces de gestionar la innovación y competir con empresas de otros sectores pueden llegar a fortalecer, como un ente flexible y comandante de un mercado que cada vez más las absorbe. |

Each point in development of this research was focused on the management of innovation supported by authors such as Hauschildt (2004), Luhmann (1997), Morcillo, (1995), Drucker (1985). The study is of a documentary type, with a non- experimental and transectional design. The information was collected through bibliographic records. As a result, if a company is not innovative, managerial and competitive, it will not be able to overcome the obstacles that arise from day to day. However, cooperatives as business entities have advantages and disadvantages in the market. Therefore, if they seek to develop their equilibrium between suppliers and claimants who are increasingly demanding and start transferring technology and also be able to manage innovation and compete with companies from other sectors, they can strengthen, as a flexible entity and commander of a market that increasingly absorbs them.Abstract 10 0.
