description El siguiente informe tiene como objetivo presentar el trabajo realizado durante la práctica social, empresarial y de solidaridad en la empresa Ingeniería Hernández Bernal S.A.S, realizando un seguimiento técnico requerido por la empresa en un horario de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm, desde el 16 de mayo de 2019. El trabajo que realiza durante la pasantía fue un gran aprendizaje en el sector privado. Y a su vez un gran reto profesional, ya que logre aprender algo mas tanto en la parte administrativa como en la parte de campo. La empresa está a cargo de su representante legal Ing. Carlos A. Hernández B. quien cuenta con varios proyectos como inspección, supervisión y reparación de estructuras en concreto y metálicas, por lo tanto, mi pasantía la realice en inspección visual de puentes y pontones en autopistas de café de la región de Risaralda. Mi participación fue la realización de la inspección visual a 94 puentes del eje cafetero administrados por el consorcio Autopistas del Café, teniendo como apoyo El Manual de INVÍAS, formato de SIPUCOL y el acompañamiento de personal idóneo para este trabajo. Realización de informe para entregar, reuniones y demás. Así reforcé conocimientos obtenidos en la universidad.

Así reforcé conocimientos obtenidos en la universidad.The following report aims to present the work carried out during social, business and solidarity practice in the company Ingeniería Hernández Bernal SAS, performing a technical follow-up required by the company from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from on May 16, 2019. The work he does during the internship was a great learning in the private sector. And at the same time a great professional challenge, since I managed to learn something more both in the administrative part as in the field part.
