Gestión y asistencia dentro de la unidad de víctimas mediante capacitación a la población más vulnerable víctimas del conflicto armado de Barrancabermeja

This internship report focuses on the implementation of a comprehensive support and training program aimed at entrepreneurs who are victims of the armed conflict, with a specific focus on the areas of finance and accounting management. Throughout the process, crucial challenges were identified that faces this population, including the lack of accounting knowledge, limited financial capacity and educational barriers, to address these problems, strategies were designed adapted to the specific needs of the participants. Additionally, alternative tools and methods were explored to ensure inclusive participation of those with reading limitations. This report highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach that is sensitive to the unique circumstances of the target population. Through the combination of training, personalized advice and adaptation to economic and educational limitations, we seek to empower entrepreneurs who are victims of the armed conflict, providing them with the necessary tools to build and strengthen their businesses in a sustainable and successful manner. In the financial field, specialized programs were developed that addressed personal finance management and investment strategies. Special attention was paid to the formalization of ventures, overcoming bureaucratic and legal barriers through personalized guidance and support in the administrative process.
