description El presente texto hace públicos los índices de estrés de 50 docentes de la comunidad educativa, con el fin de entender las condiciones en las que se encuentran actualmente para poder tomar conclusiones en base a los resultados obtenidos y generar algunas recomendaciones que puedan optimizar su actividad laboral. Se pretende entender el estrés laboral de una manera holística, mostrando que no solo afecta el rendimiento del trabajo sino también aspectos importantes como la salud, el núcleo familiar y las relaciones sociales. Se comprende que la actividad laboral está sujeta a factores que pueden hacer más fácil o más difícil su desarrollo, pero en muchas ocasiones no se toman acciones para prevenir la problemática del estrés. Aspiramos que al final de este documento se haya comprendido el estrés, sus dimensiones y sus consecuencias, con el fin de tomar acciones preventivas y de intervención en beneficio a los docentes y a las instituciones educativas donde laboran.

Aspiramos que al final de este documento se haya comprendido el estrés, sus dimensiones y sus consecuencias, con el fin de tomar acciones preventivas y de intervención en beneficio a los docentes y a las instituciones educativas donde laboran.The present text makes public the stress indexes of 50 teachers of the educational community, in order to understand the conditions in which they are currently, to be able to take conclusions based on the results obtained and to generate some recommendations that can optimize their work activity. The aim is to understand work stress in a holistic way, showing that it not only affects work performance but also important aspects such as health, family nucleus and social relations. It is understood that the labor activity is subject to factors that can make easier or more difficult their development, but in many occasions they are not taken actions to prevent the problematic one of the stress. We hope that by the end of this document stress, its dimensions and consequences have been understood, in order to take preventive and intervention actions for the benefit of teachers and the educational institutions where they work.1.
