Introduction: This research intends to understand neuromanagement as a tool in organizational metamorphosis, revealing the brain arrangements to assume business change processes in the mining sector in the departments of La Guajira and Cesar, Colombia. Materials and methods: A postpositivist paradigm with a qualitative methodology was followed, based on the experiential introspection approach, according to the type of phenomenological research and some adaptations from behavioral sciences; it was designed in five stages that emerged from the theoretical construct of organizational metamorphosis. Case history: The intentional sample consisted of four individuals with a leadership role in the organizations. Results: A functional metamorphosis was noticed, and its results favored the evolution of the organizations and had a positive impact on the building of a new culture, in which the respect for the differences and the awareness of safety at work allowed the preservation of life. Conclusions: Evidently, it is necessary to make innovations by actively listening to the proposals of the organizations’ members for continuous improvement, in harmony with the humanized substance of the being. |

Materiales y métodos: se siguió un paradigma pospositivista, con metodología cualitativa, a partir del enfoque del introspeccionismo vivencial, según el tipo de investigación fenológica y algunas adaptaciones desde las ciencias de la conducta humana; se diseñó en cinco momentos que emergieron del constructo teórico de la metamorfosis organizacional. Historia de caso: la muestra intencional estuvo conformada por cuatro personas con rol de mando en las organizaciones. Resultados: se evidenció una metamorfosis funcional por cuanto sus resultados favorecieron la evolución de las organizaciones e impactaron positivamente en la construcción de una nueva cultura, donde el respeto a las diferencias y la conciencia de seguridad en el trabajo permitieron la conservación de la vida. Conclusiones: se evidencia que es necesario realizar innovaciones a partir de la escucha activa de las propuestas de sus integrantes para estar en mejora continua y en armonía con la sustancia humanizada del ser.Introdução: esta pesquisa propõe compreender a neurogerência como ferramenta na metamorfose organizacional, revelando as disposições cerebrais para assumir os processos de mudanças empresariais no setor minerador dos estados de La Guajira e de Cesar, na Colômbia. Materiais e métodos: seguiu-se um paradigma pós-positivista, com metodologia qualitativa, a partir da abordagem do introspeccionismo vivencial, segundo o tipo de pesquisa fenológica e algumas adaptações a partir das ciências do comportamento humano; desenhou-se em cinco momentos que emergiram do construto teórico da metamorfose organizacional. História de caso: a amostra intencional esteve composta por quatro pessoas com papel de líderes nas organizações. Resultados: evidenciou-se uma metamorfose funcional, portanto seus resultados favoreceram a evolução das organizações e impactaram positivamente na construção de uma nova cultura, na qual o respeito às diferenças e a consciência de segurança no trabalho permitiram a conservação da vida.
