El objetivo del trabajo es conocer la configuración de la relación que existe entre los adultos cuidadores y el niño de 11 años. Para la obtención de la información se construyó un genograma, una entrevista y se evaluó la convivencia familiar, con estos elementos se realizó un análisis de la información por medio de una rejilla y un diario de campo. resultados: se evidencio que la relación familiar principal del niño es con su núcleo, con quienes sostiene una relación adecuada. Los padres presentan problemas con los límites que ponen al niño, puesto que no se ponen de acuerdo y esto genera discusiones |

The methodology used is a descriptive case study with a qualitative approach applied to four subjects belonging to a nuclear family. To obtain the information, a genogram, an interview, and family coexistence were evaluated, with these elements an analysis of the information was carried out by means of a grid and a field diary. Results: it was evidenced that the child's main family relationship is with his nucleus, with whom he maintains an adequate relationship.
