La Gobernación de Arauca, es una Entidad gubernamental, que tiene como finalidad servir a la comunidad que conforma su territorio; promoviendo, el crecimiento y la prosperidad en general, garantizando la efectividad de los principios, derechos y deberes constitucionales, que rige nuestra nación. De igual manera planificar y ejecutar programas y proyectos encaminados al desarrollo económico, social y ambiental. Fortalecer la capacidad de gestión de los municipios que lo conforman, prestando los servicios que determinan la constitución y la ley, fundamentada en los principios de igualdad, moralidad, eficacia eficiencia, celeridad, imparcialidad y publicidad. Durante la práctica profesional se realizó la recopilación de toda la información necesaria relacionada con los proyectos, recursos aprobados y ejecutados con cargo al Sistema General de Regalías. Teniendo en cuenta los datos obtenidos, se procedió a realizar un análisis cuantitativo y comparativo, tomando en cuenta los sectores económicos y número de población beneficiada con los proyectos presentados, al antiguo y nuevo sistema de la Ley de Regalías, que han direccionado los recursos provenientes de la explotación petrolera en el Departamento de Arauca. |
