Description
Summary:This document, "Strengthening Self-Leadership within Nokia's Finance Team," explores the critical role of self-leadership in enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction within remote work settings. Conducted by Paula Andrea Cruz Ramírez as part of her Master in Business Administration program, this research specifically targets the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Nokia. The study employs the Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire (RSLQ) to assess current self-leadership capabilities and identify areas for improvement. Through a multi-directional approach, the findings recommend developing self-leadership skills via training, fostering a supportive work environment, promoting innovation, and building strong leader-member exchanges. The outcome aims to cultivate a more engaged and productive team amidst the challenges of remote working.
