La aplicación de esta herramienta permite obtener información sobre las necesidades reales que tiene el usuario, es así como el laboratorio clínico ha visto la necesidad de construir e implementar el proceso de información y atención al usuario para mejorar la prestación del servicio. | ABSTRACT: The information system and the customer services implemented in health institutes, is a tool that allows looking at the perception that customers have about of the quality of the service provided. On the other hand, the application of this tool let to search out information about the real needs that users have. This is the reason why the clinical laboratory has seen the necessity to build and implement the process of information and the customer services, in order to improve service delivery.
