Bernard Nathanson

Bernard N. Nathanson (July 31, 1926 – February 21, 2011) was an American physician and co-founder in 1969 of the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws (NARAL), later renamed National Abortion Rights Action League. He was also the former director of New York City's Center for Reproductive and Sexual Health but later became an anti-abortion activist.
